Please read them carefully before using the app. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or alter any part of the app or our trademarks in any way. Additionally, you may not attempt to extract the source code, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app remain the exclusive property of MXAstro.

By agreeing to these terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy of MXAstro.

App Usage and Modifications

MXAstro is committed to providing a useful and efficient app experience. We reserve the right to modify the app or introduce charges for its services at any time. We will always make it clear what you are paying for before you incur any charges.

Personal Data and Security

MXAstro stores and processes personal data provided by you to deliver the service. It is your responsibility to keep your device secure. We strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this may make your device vulnerable to malware, compromise security features, and affect the functionality of the app.

MXAstro integrates third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

Internet and Network Charges

Some app features require an active internet connection. Whether through Wi-Fi or a mobile data network, MXAstro is not responsible for limited functionality due to lack of internet access. If you are using mobile data, your service provider’s terms will apply, and you may incur data charges, including roaming charges if applicable. If you are not the bill payer for your device, we assume you have permission from the bill payer.

User Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. MXAstro is not liable if your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the app.

Although we strive to keep the app updated and accurate, MXAstro relies on third-party information sources. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss you may experience by relying solely on app-provided information.

App Updates and Termination

MXAstro is available on Android and iOS. System requirements may change, and you may need to update the app to continue using it. While we endeavor to provide updates, we do not guarantee compatibility with all future versions of mobile operating systems.

We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time. If this happens, (a) your rights and licenses to use the app will end, and (b) you must stop using and delete the app from your device.
